Who processes your data
The controller is Mária Sidorjaková, Company ID 57 694 214, a sole trader operating under the brand M-SID, providing management of rental apartments and accommodation for guests. You can reach me through the form on this website.
What data I collect
Only what you enter in the form yourself, nothing more: your name and e-mail, optionally your phone number and message. If you offer an apartment for management, also where it is and how big it is. If you are looking for a stay, your arrival and departure dates.
I do not sell your data, do not share it with anyone for advertising and do not send you marketing messages you did not ask for.
Why I process it
- Apartment management offers and enquiries about stays. To reply to you, arrange a viewing of the apartment or confirm your stay. The legal basis is steps taken before entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Analytics cookies. Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in .
How long I keep it
Messages that do not lead to cooperation or a stay are deleted within 12 months at the latest. If an apartment management contract or a stay follows, I keep the data for the duration of the contract and then for the statutory periods for accounting records and the guest register.
Who receives the data
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. E-mails from the form are delivered by Resend, Inc. Traffic is measured by Google Analytics 4, but only with your consent. All three are processors and handle the data solely on my behalf.
Cookies
Essential cookies are needed for the website to work and to remember your choice; they cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are set only after your consent. Until then, measurement runs without cookies and does not identify you. You can change your choice in .
Your rights
You have the right to know what I hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object and to have your data transferred elsewhere. Just write to me. If you feel I am mishandling your data, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
