  • How much does short-term rental management cost?

    My management fee is a 15 % commission. It covers online management and marketing of the apartment, guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinating cleaning and laundry, and handling the unexpected. You get the details in writing before we start.

  • Who pays for repairs in the apartment during the rental?

    I take care of all the upkeep and make sure it is sorted as quickly as possible. The invoice for the handyman's work is paid by the apartment owner.

  • Is my apartment better for short-term or long-term rental?

    It depends on the location, size and furnishing. After a viewing I suggest which option pays off more for your apartment. The decision is always yours.

  • Do I need to be available in person?

    No. I take over communication with guests, check-ins and looking after the apartment. You get the income and an overview.

  • Do you manage apartments outside Košice?

    We are starting in Košice. If your apartment is nearby, get in touch and we will work something out.

  • How do I book accommodation in Košice?

    Via Airbnb or Booking once the profiles are ready, or directly through the form on this page. Send me your dates and I will reply with availability and the price.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in and check-out times differ between apartments. For a direct booking I confirm them together with your dates.
